Kitesurfing in Denmark

Kiting in Denmark is so wonderfully versatile. The spots are all very close to each other and can therefore be reached quickly by car. We will choose the optimal spot for our kite sessions depending on the wind direction and wind forecast.

Of course we take your preferences into account. The Rinkobing Fjord is ideal for beginners or beginners. With its shallow water depth and standing area, you will find optimal conditions. But even for freestylers, the Ringkobing Fjord offers something special - namely flat water deluxe.

If you want to try yourself in small waves, the long and wide sandy beach of Hvide Sande on the North Sea offers the finest conditions. With a side on shore wind you can easily approach the waves.

Whether you're kiting on land or on the water, in strong or light winds – we have the right equipment for you! This means you can travel much more carefree, use twin-tip or waveboards as you please, and enjoy new kites from top brands like Flysurfer, Core, Ozone, Harlem, or Duotone, and spend more time on the water overall.

Good to know: Harness and neoprene equipment

If you don't have your own harness or want to try one out, let us know, and we'll pack the right one for you to rent. By the way, the rental fee will be credited towards the purchase price if you keep the harness after the camp.

If you don't have your own wetsuit or other neoprene equipment, we're happy to advise you or help you rent one on-site.

In Denmark we all live together in a spacious house. Living in Denmark is unique, simply hygge.

There are a total of 7rooms in our apartment house. The beds can also be converted into single beds. We have rented the most beautiful house for Denmark - a swimming pool and a sauna, as well as the fireplace, make the evenings after the kite session cozy and relaxed.

You can optionally book bed linen or bring your own.

If you are looking for a little more action, feel free to challenge us in table tennis or billiards. In addition, we will also play bartenders, because if you already have your own bar counter, then you should also use it.

The area is naturally flat and with a beautiful view. A grill on the large terrace is ready for one or two BBQ sessions.

What's for dinner?

We set up a shared fund for food (approx. €150 per person) and cook together (chopping up vegetables is enough if you're not that keen on cooking).

Although food is a bit expensive in this country, beer in the evening is cheaper than you think.

If you fancy a snack in between, you can also treat yourself to a delicious fish sandwich in the surrounding villages - you should have tried that in Denmark anyway. But please note our expert tip: no herring fillet right before the kite session!

Arrival by own car: offers some advantages, of course, because you no longer need a rental car on site. Simply enter Hvide Sande as the destination in your navigation system and you can hardly miss the place. 

Arrival by plane: hier ist der Zielflughafen „Billund“From there, it's best to take a rental car directly to your accommodation in about 1 1/2 hours. 

We organize carpools in advance in our WhatsApp group.

Money: In Denmark, payment is made with Danish kroner (DKK). However, card payment (ATM and / or credit card) is easily possible anywhere and even desirable.

Passport: You need a valid passport or identity card for the duration of your stay.

Travel insurance: Wir sind keine Versicherungsagenten, sind aber dazu angehalten dir eine umfassende Reiseversicherung anzubieten. Und in Wahrheit, macht eine Storno- und Reiseversicherung schon Sinn. Du kannst dich im Rahmen deiner Buchung für ein Versicherungspaket entscheiden.

Equipment insurance: With the insurance tool of the Association of German Water Sports Schools (VDWS) you are insured against damage to your own equipment or to the rental equipment. Travelling by car: no problem, but don't forget to switch on the light even during the day. Incidentally, the police are always on the move in civilian clothes and are therefore somewhat difficult to identify.

Hygge: one hears again and again when it comes to Denmark. Hygge is "wellbeing" and can be used for pretty much anything. So our kite vacation is pretty hygge - we'll be happy to show you what it really means.
