Excellent, the next important step has been taken. Just fill out the form and we will personally contact you and send you a non-binding offer and further information.
Honestly, we are looking forward to good moments, your progress and a legendary time. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
As part of our services, we have to point out some important points here. It definitely makes sense, too.
Admittedly, we have all stopped reading anything online, or do you know the new terms and conditions from Facebook, Google and Amazon?
Nevertheless: maybe have a look at our Terms & conditions including the cancellation conditions, how we handle the equipment rental and how we practice kiting. The better you are informed, the more positive the surprises.
It makes sense to take a (brief) look so that there are no ambiguities. Above all, you will find details of services, booking, cancellation and rental conditions in the terms and conditions.

We are not an insurance broker, but we are obliged to offer you comprehensive travel and cancellation insurance. And yes, sometimes it makes sense to look at those. Most of it is not covered by your credit card (but, as I said, we are not an insurance broker).
If you like, we`ll send you an offer for an insurance.
Kitesurfing is often excluded from various insurance companies. Therefore, you should inquire again whether your liability and / or accident insurance has kitesurfing with you.
We recommend that you also complete the VDWS Safety Tool for your trip, especially if you rent kite equipment. As a lessee you are not insured and the VDWS Safety Tool could save unnecessary stress.

Never heard of it? It has been mandatory since the new Package Travel Regulation was released. This information sheet will briefly inform you about your rights and obligations as a costumer. Again, we have to give you the opportunity to have a look at it again. And of course we are happy to do this.

If you decide to join us we will send you a confirmation and the invoice.
You first have to make a down payment and transfer the remaining amount at least 20 days before the start of the trip.
You will find this information on the invoice anyway. And we ask for your understanding that we can only consider your place as fixed when you have received the booking confirmation and we have found the money from you in our account.
Of course, nobody assumes to cancel when booking. It would also break our hearts (no pressure). Nevertheless, here is an overview of our cancellation policy:
up to 30 days before the start of the trip: 20%
from the 29th to the 22nd day before the start of the trip: 30%
from the 21st to the 15th day before the start of the trip: 50%
from the 14th to the 3rd day before the start of the trip: 75%
from the 2nd day before the start of the trip: 100%
As a tour operator, we have certain obligations. So we require a down payment for your booked trip. In order for this money to remain tied to performance, we had to take out insurance.
A flat-rate travel insurance or insolvency insurance. Should we speculate a bit (like Thomas Cook 2019), your money is still secured.
