Enjoyment in activity is extremely important to us. Because only when you do something with joy and fun can you do it really well.
Full commitment
From the outside, our job seems relaxed and fun. And it usually is. But at kite camps, it's intense. That's partly why we don't have the team or coaches on duty for more than two weeks at a time.

The intensive work before, during, and after a kite camp is hardly visible from the outside.

We like to draw a comparison to haute cuisine: In the kitchen, it's stressful, hot, and as a chef, you have to give it your all. Really deliver to conjure up that one, truly extraordinary dish onto the plate. An entire team works closely together for the success of this dish: precisely, like a Swiss watch.
Every day, you question yourself anew and want to make the dish even better. The individual guest at the restaurant doesn't notice any of this.
But: When then the fantastic dish brings a smile to your face and a wow moment occurs, you know the hard work in the kitchen has paid off!

This is what the application process looks like with us.
First and foremost, we need to get to know each other on a professional level.
- First you answer our questions, which we send to you immediately after filling out our application form.
- Following this, we will contact you to schedule an appointment for a VideoCall to arrange. After the video call, you will receive a message with an acceptance or rejection.
- In case of confirmation, the following options are available getting to know each other:
- Participation in LakeUnited Academy A fixed training appointment. This appointment takes place twice a year.
- Participation in a camp Sounds strange, but it's a good way to get to know each other. Above all, you'll learn or experience how we work from a participant's perspective. Good times and progress guaranteed. You'll receive a lot of input this week.
- Camp Assistant You will accompany us on a camp and support the team with various activities. You will receive a more detailed description of the tasks via voice message if you are interested. Possible destinations: Denmark, Sicily, Tunisia, Egypt, Snowkite Camp Austria, etc. You will have to cover the travel costs and (partially) the food expenses.
- You have another idea, how can we get to know each other? Bring it on...
These opportunities are purely for us to get to know each other. To do this, you need to invest money and time. It should be said that we do not want to enrich ourselves financially from your application.
To be completely honest, we are constantly optimizing and revising our „application processes.“ We've tried, discarded, and rethought many things. Therefore, we are always open to feedback because it's not easy.
